The applicable price and its content are specified when the quote or purchase order is drawn up.

The "Delova" trademark, the logos and all the content of the website are protected. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

The publisher cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the inability to access it.

These terms are governed by French law.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
